Project services manager needed!

Incumbent must be a graduate in a technical discipline with a working knowledge of and
experience in implementing business control and project management principles and practices
as described in such documents as SIEP’s OPMG.
Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge. PMI's PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification is desirable but not required.
Prior experience with major E&P development projects is desired but not required. Experience
in design/construction and project management of oil and gas facilities is essential.
Experience with development and implementation of project management processes, i.e.
contract management, procurement, project accounting, document and resource management
etc.
Experience should be a minimum of 15 years in E&P environment plus another 3 years as
Project Services Manager. Must have excellent inter-personal, negotiating and leadership skills
as well as good communications skills (i.e. strong listening, report writing and presentation)
Working knowledge of the Shell financial system and SAP is essential.
Excellent PC skills, with emphasis on database and data analysis skills.
