Job Description
A Leading Oil And Gas Marketing Company operating in the downstream sector of the Petroleum Industry based in Lagos is recruiting for this position

Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project development from start to finish.
Define project scope and goal that support business goals in collaboration with executive management.
Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual and technical matters.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Plan and schedule project time-lines and milestones using appropriate tools to effectively track project milestones and deliverables.
Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and documentation.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Qualification/Experience:
B.sc./H.N.D in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
Minimum of 10 years experience as a Senior Project Engineer in a reputable construction company.
Engineering software (Auto CAD & MS projects).
Developed Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
An adept knowledge of facility management will be an advantage.
