Due to the expansion of our operations in Nigeria, we are seeking for highly qualified professionals, pro-active, fast learning, well organized and motivated resources for the position below:
Job Title: PROCESS ENGINEER (PER)
Location: Portharcourt/Remote Site Locations
Reporting to: Process Lead Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide Lead Engineer with computations, simulations, preparation of data sheets and Process deliverables necessary to develop the technical proposal.
· Develop Heat and material balances using simulation softwares
· Develop process flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedbacks into on-specification products in the most economical manner
· Define and sizes equipment and instrumentation to be implemented and issues relevant process data sheets
· Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems in steady state and transient operation
· Take part in the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P&IDs
· Familiarization with upstream oil & gas treatment processes and utilities
Qualification and Experience:
· MINIMUM of 3 years experience in Process Engineering design
· Must have a University Degree in Chemical Engineering or Automation & Control Engineering
· Must have an in depth knowledge about Engineering standard Codes & Regulations
· Good Computer Skills – with proficiency in MS Office suite
· Must have an NYSC discharge certificate
· Must have knowledge of Design soft wares (HYSIS/FLARANET)
