It actually says documents and confuses a lot of people but I think if you do the right thing you still wont get all your documents summing up to 4MB because doing the right conversions will limit each file below 1MB.
I AM IN GREAT SOUP. I HAVE DONE THE NECESSARY CONVERSION. EACH FILE IS LIKE 72.0 KB, WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO? IT IS NOT UPLOADING. I COMPRESSED USING MICROSOFT PICTURE MANAGER WHICK TOOK IT TO 15.2KB B4 CONVERTING TO PDF. PLEASE HELP ME. IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Hello Guys. Had the same issue,here is the way out first make sure all documents is in PDF format and total size is less than 4MB. U don't necessarily have to upload all documents at the same time, take it e.g two at a time but make sure its says file uploaded then upload again till u have finished uploading all your documents, also make sure u select each document to be uploaded in its designated field. All uploaded documents will get to their server. BEST OF LUCK.
