A Reputable Architectural/Construction Company in Lagos requires the services of qualified candidates to fill the position of an Architect.

Job Title: Architect
Location: Lagos

Job Summary:
The candidates must demonstrate a capacity for creativity, excellent technical ability and knowledge, strong communication and management skills.


Qualifications and Requirements:
• M Sc/MED/M Tech in Architecture from a reputable higher institution.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Professional qualification in Architecture (NIA Membership) or Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on own initiative, but recognizing the need for delegation.
• Communication skills to represent the firm at all levels including client liaison.
• Presentation skills associated with communication and design ability.
• Administration skills to communicate design and management.
• Reasonable contract administration knowledge
• High level of self-motivation and initiative
• Superior knowledge of IT, in particular AutoCAD, ReVit, CorelDraw and Microsoft Office Skills (specifically MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
