Office and Facilities Administrator

An Oil and Gas Servicing Company in lagos, in the upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry,
requires the services of competent and qualified candidates to fill the role of Office and Facilities Administrator.

Requirements:
The individual must be skillful in the following;
* Managing office consumables - procurement and usage monitoring
* Travel logistics management - Hotel reservations, travel tickets booking, airport pickups and logistics.
* Managing internet facility in the office
* Efficient management of office facilities
* Insurance policies management
* Managing routine admin tasks
* The use of MS Word software
* Oral and written and Presentation skills

The individual must have a good first degree, and at least 2 years cognate experience.
