i applied at the initial stage. I mean the june/july application.

did anyone of u receive a 2nd mail saying u can also take the exam in Abuja or UK? i did and am optng for Abj since it is far more convinient than travelln to Lag. i want to know if sm1 was confidentt enough to make the same decisions with me.

Yes bro, I took the SHL exam on August 3rd. I'm yet to get an invite for the second stage. I know I passed the routine SHL questions. Still watching and praying.

I forgot to add....
When I logged on to the SHL website (to check my status) using the previous code given by Oando (GradXXXX), I found the following message;

Project name Project status User role
Graduate Trainee 2012 Launched assessment focus

Please can anyone who took the exam on or before August 4th confirm what his/her own status looks like via the SHL website. This would enable me know what other course of action to take. Thanks you NHJites for your anticipated response.

I sat for the first test but havent been invited for the second stage. could this be in batches?

@ Asa-gal, log into Pre Employment Screening, Assessment testing, online Personality Test | SHL with your oando username and password. It starts with GRADXXXX. Then you 'd see Oando's logo. After asking you to fill and accept the terms and conditions, it would then display that you have completed all accessments. then you can see the status of your candidacy. I hope this helps!:)

Your guess is as good as mine:). Lets watch and pray.

It means nothing. It has no connection to the Oando job. Its just a research tool used by SHL to get info from users to make up their research work. Research could be for anything ranging from the average scores of test users between the ages of 21-25, average scores for females in United Kingdom, if females between the ages of 25-30 perform better than males or vice versa...etc etc etc.
Its just a resarch, just as final year projects in arts or social sciences use research methodology to gather information for their reports.
