Overall Purpose of the Position:
The position holder shall be directly responsible for monitoring all inventory & Fixed Assets movement & transactions in the General Ledger.

Responsibilities:


* Assist in organizing physical inventory and Fixed Assets counts while ensuring completeness and that the entire process is done efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure that transactions related to Inventory & Fixed Assets are posted correctly and timely
* Develop inventory & Fixed Assets analysis reports and analyzing variances.
* Assisting in the improvement & strengthening of internal controls related to Inventory & Fixed Assets


Position and person Specifications


* Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines plus at least 3 years work experience
* This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, possesses understanding in the areas of inventory and/or Fixed Assets management and accounting.
* Strong academic record with a demonstrably high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence
* Possession of ACA may be an added advantage
