i will advice you to be patient.
i have the same problem. i want to move my venue from lagos to port harcourt. i sent a mail with respect to that twice and they are yet to respond. out of desperation i went to chams office today and the lady i met there called the guys at dragnet and they said the will respond to all venue changes 48hrs to the d day so that they would have assembled all the request before they make the changes.
Meanwhile the lady at Chams city PHC said that even if i dont get a response i should come there on friday with all the requirements, that i will be allowed to write the test.
