Your guess is on point. Your experience would still help...an interview is an interview! At the minimum, I can have a general expectation. Useful information you can share include the strength of the panel, the kind of interview (normal, presentations), the qualities they seemed to focus on, the depth of their questions...your observations generally. An interview is NOT an interview, my fellow NHJobber. Interview/competency demonstration just as was stated in the invite should give you a clue, a big pointer that it will basically be specific to your field. And that for Technicians (Electrical Electronics and Mechanical guys) will definately be a lot different from that of Accounts. So, dress very well. Borrow a clean suit if you don't have one; brush through the basics in your discipline; know about NLNG; be calm, don't rush in answering questions, you will be asked a lot in your field. NLNG will be closing for break on the 16th Dec 2011.By closing, i do not mean that the staff will not coming to work but they will be closed to all external dealings with contractors, vendors, applicants etc.
