NLNG Recruitment update

@WESERE, @blackedwin, @omokiere, @Encore, @ugonabo, @owowarotimi, @wikid, @Erictimothy, and @Merol: You all requested that I forward NLNG practice material to you. The one, and only one, I have really helped for the Technician position which we wrote Oct. last year. I have pushed it to your email. It was purely shl and in part (5 in number); very, very simple but technical. Calculator wasn't, and probably won't be, allowed because the numerical ability part of the test was, and will be, too elementary. My brother, it's really funny. I just don't why. Anyway, I hope the first batch that will sit for the Mechanical Trainer/Instructor position won't behave the same way.
