Please, someone should tell me, why University of Newcastle , UK, requries IELTS for admission in POSTGRADUATE. They ask me to provide it, is it right? i thought we are english speaking country?

what should i do, i dont have IELTS?

encountered the same problem with them. I don't have the money and time
to take IELTS so I have applied to another school that accepts WAEC.
@ jamesborn, was it before u got your admission or after u got the admission, that they requested for the IELTS......
They say is the only condition for me to have unconditional offer? so am confuse, i dont know what to do?
