Shampoo, i said the recruitment is tied to pib and i equally said that it will be release close to passage of pib, i never said it must be release after pib ok

That's after the conclusion of the on-going offers, I still re-comfirmed yesterday and the source said the 2nd list will be called after the eil-il-kabir holiday and as we know how govt works, it may be days or weeks but for sure another set will soon be called, no matter the number, that's the reason the training was postponed till sept. Nobodby should be raising alarms,lets keep praying.
