What is the argument all about? Why arguing, making a noise and killing yourselves over what you CAN NOT change!? Why are you so angered and pained? Please, lets take the outcome in good faith, in the spirit of sportsmanship because this is the most credible recruitment ever conducted by NNPC in decades. Before you get employed in NNPC hitherto you must know someone; you hardly even get the application forms because the forms were hijacked by politicians and other powerful individuals, and the merit level was nothing to write home about. Agreed? By the way, who sponsored that Daily Trust publication and what is the motive of the sponsor(s)? The sponsor(s) could be one/some of us or some other agrieved person(s) outside just because the pendulum didn't swing in their favour this time around. Saying that some states, especial Bayelsa, have very low representation in NNPC and others like CBN, NPF, etc is a known fact no FG's MDAs can deny. I am privy to this information so I can tell you authoritatively. If you remember, in the last job advert by CBN. It was stated expressly that states that are not well represented will be given preference, and which Bayelsa was one of the states mentioned. The imbalance had been existing for years, and now that they are trying to remedy it some people are crying wolf! We have been so very unfair to them for decades! After all the oil money that we are all enjoying is from their region, and NNPC wouldn't have existed without the South-south. And for the 2nd batch proponents, please take your minds of it. Your supposed reliable sources might just be telling you that to pacify you - my opinion anyway. But I hope it's real because it will be nice to see more people taken especially from this forum.

We have said several times here that 2nd batch would be released, I confirmed it from reliable source at NNPC Towers, nobody was pacifying anyone, for what? So, the sources of people here corroborating the 2nd batch are also pacifying them?When we didn't know one another. The same thing you people were saying untrue stories b4 1st batch was released.U don't need anybody to tell u that another batch is on the way. No matter the case might be AT LEAST an EH must be taken from a state, 4get your scenario of CBN,NPF, though they might not be on the first batch. Just be patient , we shall see. Verify things well b4 misleading people. How many people are aware of 2nd batch, go to NNPC Towers nd verify. Thank God by Monday, the 1st batch will verify, nobody, I mean nobody is appeasing anyone, FOR WHAT? Afterall, I saw it in ur last sentence that u didn't about 2nd batch, so verify well.

davo3286, pls read yesterday's Daily Trust's NNPC news very well and understand it well.We know that Nigerian's media news might be vague but small truth would be there. Why the list of the successful candidates had not been made public till now? even largely NNPC staff hardly have access to the list now.Daily Trust didn't even see GGM HR who can say the status of the process.The process is yet to be completed, in fact after 2nd batch is released, NNPC's recruitment enters the public domain.NAFDAC that is not engineering company took over 771 candidates either GT or EH, so NNPC a bigger corporation ready to be commercial viable after years of Joint Ventures, what do u expect.NO argument on the 2nd batch, it is real , even the list might be more or equal to the 1st release, we shall see.All those aggreived states will have their people in every category, though it might not be equal bcos of POLITICS u people are saying. Congrats to those who have gotten their employment letters with NNPC and for those waiting for the 2nd release pray well to be in next release. B4 1st batch was released, people here were saying it was dead, 4getting it, ha NNPC, ha NNPC this claiming that their sources say this , their source that , fake info from people who has no fact.
