Pls housee, is it a must dat som1 must go to nnpc towers and submit d acceptance letter by hand. I tot sending by speedpost will do. Som1 is tellin me odawise here o. Anyone who can help with a correct info?

This 'second batch' thing or something similar is becoming clearer by the passing of each day. For the records, i want to believe is true. Very sure please!

The letters were printed and signed on June 28 and were handed over to the parcel companies on July 3. If there is a second batch, I wonder why it has not been released.

@danielabuo: a friend, whose letter had been delivered, called to inform me abt it since i'm stil expectn my letter. she was called today.
