@stev,cöngrat 2dat friend of urs o.i pray my miracle wil com 2 o on dis nnpc job.life cud b so funi at tyms.When d advert came out,i wasnt eagered 2 apply.applyed n was nt even finkin of it.just checked ma mail somday n say nnpc invitatn 4 apt test.witout much preparations,i wrote d test.afta d test,when back home nt even finkin of d next stage.dea i was lagos july last year prayin n checkin my mail 4 slb invitatn 4 intaview.leta checked NHJ 2 knw if slb has started calin sucesful 1s.den i saw NNPC INVITE 4 INTAVIEW.i wasnt even disturbed abt dat cus i was so concerned abt slb(my dream coy since 2007).when back 2my mail n stil saw nofin.so i deleted al oda mails bt 2ma greatest suprise afta d page refreshed,i saw NNPC's INVITATION 4 INTAVIEW.Neva wanted 2 hönor it cus i was so sure of slb n considerin travelin 4rm lag 2 abj.bt my dad made me go 4d intaview.un4tunately slb neva called.den i bgin 2 put ma mind on NNPC.FUNNY TIN abt it all is dat,it was when i started putin my mind n hope on d job n needed it badly so as move 4rm category of jobles graduates dat NNPC til dis minute said,SORRY WE DONT HAVE A LETTER 4U.

I believe this recruitment was based on God's mercies and God's merit. However if you care to know I have an HND (distinction) Elect / Elect, 1st class holders who God destined to work in NNPC too would have been called.
For those who would however who care to know, i will always say that i know nobody in government neither do I have any family members in NNPC but by God's unmerited favour i was still called.

Note that God is still in the business of surprising us with good jobs, careers, opportunities and any good thing you may imagine. It may not be NNPC today, it may be a better place tommorrow. Do not doubt God.

The recruitment is over. Replacements will be chosen for those that turned down the offer, are incapacitated or dead. Estimated not to be more than 100.Therefore NNPC placed 100 candidates on standby., but a whole lot of permutation comes into play. eg i know someone from ebonyi state that turned down the offer. He is the only person that studied HSE from his state so he will now be replaced by someone from enugu state that studied the same course. If an Accountant from lagos also rejects the offer, then an accounting candidate from ebonyi must be chosen to conpensate for the slot they lost even before another accountant from Lag will be considered.etc.So good luck to the sucessful ones. Stop waiting on NNPC. Its time to move on.

Bros I don't agree with your post. Confirmed from HR that there is another batch to be released by next week or so. Try imagining about a thousand people in ampitheatre for induction, it's simply too much. I see sense in what he said. All d best

Approx 130K.the answer to the first question is uncertain.it depends on when they want to pay it.

Dis anoda batch of a tin self.if i wan go by sentiment,i go bliv.bt by reality,i dont want 2bliv.al letas cud b sent same tym n wat is needed 2b done is 2 input dif date 4 resumption.by d way,i was meant 2bliv d resumption dates are august n september?dey neva send out letas in batches durin apt test n intaview,y now?d intaview letas wea sent at önce wit diff dates 4 all of us 2b intaviewed.i bliv u guy undastand wat i mean?

Capronginja: In 2007, all 1000 people were taken once for induction. The only thing is that FSTP took place in batches. Everyone that made it through this recruitment has been duly informed. Notice too there while some people are resuming in August, some others resume in Sept. Anyone that is contacted now has a case of mix-up in address earlier. That's enough to make u all know that this particular regime has been concluded. The wait is on for the next recruitment regime.

Talking abt pay: I have it on good authority that the least a GT will take home after tax and deduction is 246k monthly. From 2007 experience, upfront, housing, hotel accomodation during the induction amounted to abt 4M and all these were paid during the induction.
