Thanks retired corper for clearing the air on this vexatious issue. I wonder why some adults will choose to toy with the feelings of others. I am confident that we will all be aware when offer letters are being dispatched to successful candidates. I am sure it will not be done in the staggered manner that some seem to suggest.
