How does the Transport fare relate with subsidy funds, they are not managed from the same account. Subsidy funds is maintained, if you like domiciled with the CBN with the NNPC,MPR,PPPRA,Minister for Finance, Accountant General of the Federation as signatories. Transport fare is in NNPC's Private account with some other bank and not with the CBN.Quote:
