I've gotten my own t-fare. Should we be hopeful for appointment letter? Is it true that all of us who were interviewed in 2011 were yet to be considered?? I heard that the commission only employed those who were interviewed in 2010 as the 1st batch while 2011 interviewees will be treated as 2nd batch.Is this true or we should zero our minds???

In a recent interview with Channels TV, The Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC), Obafaiye Shem embarrassed himself on live TV as he struggled to give a reply to the question; what’s the website of the NSCDC?
Shem said he would have to ask “his oga at the top” but after persuasion from the presenters he gave a shabby website address that shocked the country. “It’s www.nscdc, that’s it,” he said.

We have like 5 categories of people or maybe 6.
1. Those paid 30k at once.
2. Those paid 20k then 10k.
3. Those paid only 20k
4. Those paid only 10k
5. Those outside Abuja that are yet to receive any payment.
6. Those in Abuja which people claim are not supposed to get even taxi fare.
It is true that personally I feel the appointment letter is worth more than any of the categories(I am in category 4).
But why will things not be done properly/orderly and correctly in this country? Why?
We need to make the change in our individual capacities.
Did they pay those that made the fhe first list?
