Doubting Thomases and men of little faith. How come people keep doubting the authenticity of the page. If the page has existed for some time now and the company has not issued any rejoinde to the effect that they are not the owner of the page, does that not say something about its authenticity. Secondly what is the big deal about a company having a facebook page. Is NNPC the only company with facebook page? Do not many of our even big clubs in Europe and many other big organisations maintain a facebook page. Facebook is a big social media network. For a big company with social coporate responsibilities to maintain a facebook page where it can reach out to many people should not elicit the kind of reactions it has generated so far. Afterall the information on the page has not asked anybody for money or other things that might make it looked fraudulent. Why can't we just wait and watch?
