i bet u, most of the qualified on that 'final list' are engaged in either post-graduate courses, masters or have even got oda n better jobs. If NNPC really cares, dey should start making hay while the sun shines cos a stitch in time saves nine. In other words, by d time dey might be calling, d best among d successfuls will be nowhere to reach anymore.
