A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls

@musty4u. Is there really anything like luck? My answer is a capital NO. Just like God knows the end from the begining, Jesus knew before time the role his betrayer will play in his death, Pharaoh was raised to perpetuate evil on Israel so that God's power be made manifest, the Israelites sojourned for more than 400yrs in Egypt and 40yrs in the wilderness all to fulfil a pre-ordained purpose that was set even before that generation that suffered the prophecy came into existence. Hence my brother musty4u, everything you see happen is ordained from day1(even the total number of persons that will make it into God's kingdom) though some of there things are inexplicable by us and might be unpleasant to us as well. To some extend, you can influence ur destiny and that is why God gave us the power to choose on certain issues(Not All). But there are certain serious matters about yourself that you as a mere mortal cannot alter by yourself. Do i believe in destiny? I say a big YES. But to luck, i say a very big NO. Luck is merely a term coined to address those issues which humans till date have not found enough explaination as to why they are the way they are. But verily verily i say unto you there's always a genuine reason why every single incident you see occur. NOTHING HAPPENS BY CHANCE. And whatever you see occur here on planet earth has already been designed and settled in the realms of the spirit time before they manifest here on earth. @All, Happy weekend.

@Angel4life* That you didn't come in because you don't know anyone doesn't, as well, mean that the process is not free and fair or massively charrracterised by irregularities as most of you are painting it to be. Does it!? So what are you saying!? Whether you like it or not, those that made the list are the best and most suitable candidates as far as the employer, NNPC, is concerned. Like someone rightly said, by human standard he merited it, and by God's standard he was favoured because he knows no jupiter. So don't let it bother you.

With or without nnpc i shal get 2 my peak whr Allah had destined 4 me.

@skudi, my broda, it may interest u to know that prayer is a form of worship, so people only pray and strive toward their destiny because they are not in the whole picture of
how it looks like. Otherwise, no body will make any effort. (Prayer or action).

@davo3286 that you got the job and came to post here that you dont know anybody and that you deserve the job does not mean it is true. As it stands now it is only God that knows those that did wuruwuru and those that did not. You dont need to exert you energy telling us how you deserve the job. You will need that more for your confirmation.

@all, I have come to realise that no matter what one does, it is only God's counsel that will stand in our lives. If God says it is NNPC then no jupiter will stop it. If not, then He has other plans for us. Some of us are meant to be His ministers but we are here trying to work against what God has purposed for us. Let us allign ourselves with His will for us because when He does His purpose in our lives, we will look back and thank Him for everything.

In all, pray and fast but above all ask that His purpose concerning us be fulfilled in our lives. We are here killing ourselves over NNPC job when probably we may be destined to be employers of labour. Just an idea can be dropped into your mind and you are made. I am out of any discussion on star reading and luck.

@ skudi,i will tell you that not evryone dat made it to the interview stage deserv the job.some people cheated to pass the test.remember what happened at some locations during the test?the bottom line is,thank God if you achieve anytin on earth,cos some people who are better than you couldnt.

When i need sermon, i know where to get it please! I visit this thread with one purpose; to get info concerning these nnpc recruitment, if you got no useful info sermon me nomore please! We all know how to pray, so, prepare yourselves towards knowing whether or not the second batch thing is true.

Thanks Kalokalo for enlightening davo. @Davo, if u achieve anything in life either by hook or by crook, it is simply bcos God allowed it to be so. Some persons smarter and more intelligent than you are tried exactly the same as u did but failed. @All, on the issue of luck and destiny, i have never, i dont, and will never believe in luck. Doing so is directly proportional to self-annihlation. Life is just a divine script carefully put together by God Almighty. We humans are merely actors playing different roles as written down in the script. When some aspects of the script as assigned to u is not as favourable to u as you desire(i'e ur destiny), you simply do what Jabez did in the bible i.e go to God in prayer cos HE is the only one that has the power to alter one's destiny. And if HE eventually hears ur plea and rewrites part of or the entire script concerning ur life, then that is what is called "MIRACLE"

@Jonkal, you said God had spoken to you that you would get NNPC offer. So, have you received your letter?

@all: please why all this arguement?? I think at this moment the best thing is to concentrate on prayer so that God will include our names in the second batch if at all it exist.. And for those that said they are the best becouse they were selected they are just ungrateful to almighty God and you don't have to comment on their post just watch this is just the beginning of the journey. Please i urge us to stop all this unnecessary arguement as it will not lead us to anywhere though i know how it hurts to see some one bragging for something that God did for him but sometimes we have to forget and let it go. Waiting for second batch list before the end of this month.. Enjoy your weekends dudes.

That you didn't get the job and come here to post and condemn that it's because you don't know anybody, and that they did 'wuruwuru' in the selection for the job you deserve does not mean that it is true neither. You don't need to exert your energy the way you are doing, telling us how you deserve the job. You will need it more when and if you make the 2nd list.

davo3286, it seems u don't easily understand things, if u ve gotten ur letter in the 1st batch,congrats. Thank God 4 Federal Character that paved way for some people who have been called and those that will soon be called, pls confirm from NNPC HR.There are many candidates not from ur state performed better than many who ve been called but Fed Character allowed them, thank God.I don't think u ve worked in Oil company b4 nd there other Oil companies beta than NNPC, Mobil, Chevron, Shell, Total which are more rewarding in professionalism which u can look up.So thank God and stop talking merit issue.We're not saying merit wasn't there but very minimal.

Honestly, I talked about this issue of Federal Xter b4, people were attacking me. It's fact, whether u like it or not, we should continue thanking God for all things He has done and what is going to do very soon concerning this recruitment.As many who hve great conviction that he/she did very, very well in the process, whether u know some1 or not, it's not yet over, I tell you.Many people have confirmed another batch, so no cause 4 alarm.

There was a time I said there are many local champions , and many had displaced it on this forum. Even the multinationals' recruitments are lobblied to some extent talkless of NNPC in public domain.With all things equal, NNPC would ve waited 4 all the necessary things including funds, PIB passage b4 entered long-awaited recruitment jamboree. In fact the whole process shouldn't be more than 2/3 months to appoint the sucesssful candidates.But all the way, wen shall thank God in all things.

As the 1st batch resuming on Monday, August 6, 2012, God will guide them in the new career. And as many awaiting 2nd batch, the hope it it is 100% by the grace of God, many people had confirmed it and would all the sources be pacifying us as a guy had posted.I think some people don't think very well, the way I read some posts.

@Gaskiya. How many things did i tell you God told me concerning this recruitment? Two. How many of them failed? None. HIS word is Yes & Amen!, except you believe in another god which is different from "THE ALMIGHTY".

@jonkal, He is not a man that He should lie neither is He a son of man that He should repent. I am also holding on to Him based on my many dreams.

Luck is also called fortune. It is a chance which may happen beyond a person's control. Luck can be good or bad. However, this is a controversial concept. Some scholars feels that luck has more related to the control for events in one's life.

Again, whatever we get are the results of our karma i.e.The fruits of our activities only. This is accepted not only from religious, sociology and ethical aspects, it is proved scientifically also. For every action, there is a reaction, postulate of knowledge, discipline and science speak. If we put honest labour, we will get the good results. It is applicable to every where in every field of activities.
Now, regarding destiny, I want to tell you in this way. By destiny, normally we mean fate, lot, fortune etc. Take the word lot. From lot, the word lottery evolves. We all know what the word lottery means. However, etymologically, lottery means chance, an advantage. Therefore, destiny ultimately means a chance or an advantage. That is why, we know that, if somebody takes the chance or advantage of time and activities, he gets the results accordingly.I pray we all take the advantage of this second batch.

Your analysis is long but all the same, as we are awaiting 2nd batch, we should intensify our prayers to be among by His grace.

@all, this is not the time to do finger pointing, this is a glorious call for celebration. This is one moment in time when your only course of action is to celebrate with the new staffs of the NNPC.
