Just wondering why Nigerians blame INEC. If NNPC can't conduct a credible and efficient recruitment exercise, then why should Nigerians shout when INEC conducting election for over 140million people make mistake. It is a big shame on their Human Resources Department, The GMD, The Petroleum Minister, and The President himself. What influences are people talking about, if they don't have skeleton in their cupboard, they should be bold enough to give us a list that is of merit. NLNG, just a subsidary is more efficient. To all those who wants to take/have taken what belongs to us, Our God who fought for the Isrealists should take everything that belongs to them. AMINA YAH ALLAHU.
The recruitment has been concluded. why dont we be patient.
I just cant keep wondering why this NNPC recruitment exercise has caused so much anxiety, noise ,confusion and speculations.
CBN has just concluded its recruitment exercise for trainees and EHs infact the trainees are in the training school as i write. There was No advertisement, NO FCC ,No thread and No senate ,at least i have 5 friends currently employed there .
The battle's not urs.
The battle's the Lord's
i have been following this thread judiciously and i cant help but contribute at this time. The process is still on. infact it is concluded. what i hear is that there is tension from lobbyists. there is a list already. letters are already typed and more being typed. there is no meeting issue, there is no budget issue, just lobbying there is. as for when the letters will be released, its nobody's guess but from all indications, letters may not even come this december. ease of on the tension and pray to ur Chi this is credible. gracias
Tell them! NNPC as a body can comfortably employ all of us if allowed. All this issue of them being in debt and trying to pay back isnt enough. As a top player in the downstream and upstream industry of this oil state you can only imagine how much they are worth. The subsidy issue should've pointed to the fact that we need (and are going to get) more refineries which will in turn translate to hundreds of job openings. Simply put, the process wont be cancelled; infact, its just a matter of trying to harmonize a merit list and that of lobbyists. Some made 2'1s, made it to the interview levels and may have even made 75% and missed the cut based on state quota. But the thing is, these people may have high ranking members of government backing them. Or are we trying to say if someone like this has a backup letter from say The Office of The Speaker of the House of Representatives for example, that they wouldnt find where to fix him? Lets be patient. When they are done, merit and 'special candidates' alike will be contacted. Patience!
