If EH applicant with 5 years working experience is moved to GT will he/she be on the same salary scale with a fresh graduate? If yes Yrs of experience does not count. Will GT with M.Sc be place on the same scale with First Degree holder?

GT starts @ SS6 while EH starts @ SS4.

however,JA said all EH does not start at the same level.
