May God bless you too @: Kalokalo, Sir Luk and BS.
Meanwhile, I didn't wrote that to discourage anyone from having faith and hope in the NNPC 2010 recruitment, but then, even if there is a second batch and it finally gets released, I am sure not all of us the hopefuls would still make it to the final race of getting the job.
So in case it happens, let those that couldn't make the final list still be happy and thankful to God because it is not the end of life, more lies ahead of us.
You can find solace in this:
I once listened to Frank Nneji, the Owner/Founder/CEO of ABC Transport Plc, the foremost transport/logistics/courier/haulage company in Nigeria talk about his beginning.
He studied Zoology from UNN, and graduated in 1983. According to him, when he graduated, there were jobs, good jobs, and some of his friends and mates rushed and took up jobs, but he decided to run his own business of selling school black boards, and supplying to schools, including higher institutions.
He said he started with either 80naira or so they were given after NYSC as bicycle allowance.
To cut the story short, he said that people mocked him, even advised him to go get a job and acquire experience, but he believed in himself.
Today, he worth billions of naira and one of the highest employers of labour in Nigeria. His company is now listed on Nigeria Stock Exchange, and I learnt he also own several other personal businesses, both in the hospitality industry.
What would have happened if he did went for an already made job like most of his friends and colleagues who are now retired with less compared to what he has?
What would have been the fate of the thousand graduates employed today by ABC Transport Plc and other of his businesses?
Pls let's all be thankful, grateful, patient and hardworking even when our dreams fail not to materialise when we wish. No one knows future, only God does.
Once again, stay blessed.
@BS, here is my email: [email protected]. Thanks for your concern.
Oh My God! @ Jobfront am encouraged by ur post. Just a Coincidence, yesterday was a hell 4 me when I was evaluating my tireness job hunt in last six years. It was as if world should crumble. I could nt eat nor sleep after another test from UI as usual. Reading ur post, I was really torched , encouraged and blessed. Never mind our time has come, very soon we shall av a testimony.@ kalokalo my landlord on this thread and my brother fr state of Osun, it is well. We shall all laugh @last. Kalokalo pls send that material to jobfront.
Ykokuns, once again, thank you, I can't express how I feel too, and I thank God for putting the right words in my heart to write here.
You're not alone, and don't let your present predicament weigh you down; pls keep working hard, keep praying, keep doing good, keep encouraging others, keep researching/reading, keep applying for jobs and don't turn down job offers cos of the low salary, just take it up and start to break the jinx and fear of being jobless for long.
Most people we envy today started horribly, some with peanut salary, so don't be afraid to take up low salary jobs that would help you gain experience.
And if you can, startup your own little business based on the needs in your environment and forget shame, shyness or looking at girls- they will appreciate you when you finally make it, so don't be shy to start.
God has plans for each and everyone of us. Who knows when President Jonathan's mother was a young girl, maybe her mates and friends were getting married to top military men and rich guys and she ended up marrying Goodluck's father; a local canoe maker, but today, she is the mother of Nigerian president. Can she be compared to her mates then who maybe married rich men? So life has something good for everyone of us if we are patient and good enough to see, believe and wait.
Once again, I thank God for keeping us alive to witness this very day and days to come, and I strongly believe He will see us all through our darkest days.
Thank you all for the commendations, I feel like a president now, stay abundantly blessed.

@jobfront you have a PM
house any news?
God is able to do just what He says He will do. Dont give up, He is never late. At the end, we will have all reasons to give God praise for this delay. Peace
The house is so scanty and silent, I believe no update yet from our GENERAL TERRACO, and also have feelings IN SHA ALLAH it will end soon in our favour. Guys let's continue praying and be patience.
Silence is better than fake prophecies or permutations
How are you doing all? We just put all our hope in God.
Please any new past questions series for this examinations...
would appreciate a kind response...
thanks
