Honestly, I don't realy understand atomicity well bcos this new advert closes 18Oct,2012 if not extended (six weeks from date of publication),what of time to shorlist for Test (at least 1 month), time to conduct Interview (at least 1month).Anyway, he might be speaking by his faith which we can't dispute bcos if anybody said last year interview would span till Q3, 2012 I would believe bcos some of our sources would never tell the date for release but they confirmed that the recruitment was not cancelled which we saw no matter the level of its integrity, another batch would be called BUT the HR might not tell them exact time except who has a close contact.

I know 2nd batch must come bcos i know about 3 persons that have strong link with people working in nnpc, one candidate or hopefull the husband is working in nnpc and a senior staff,
the second person or hopefull the senior brother is in the GMD,s office and equally a senior staff in M5 cadre,
the 3rd person or hopefull equally has a brother in nnpc and also a senior staff
although more importantly God has confirmed it

@bb1 lets get something straight pls.U see am nt doubting dis issue of second list bt what is d likely number to b called? Abt 4700 did interview,595 were taken leaving abt 4105.Now if d second batch is far smaller dan d 1st batch(which i guess shld b d case) dont u tink we shld hv a change of mind in hoping 100%.what is d use when 4105 people kip hoping day & nite for 50 slots? Pls try n confirm d possible 'strenght' of d list 4 us.we hv waited 4 almost 2yrs & i tink we shld nw begin 2 manage d hrt break pls.tnk u

@all, dis is just my speculation but based on real info I got this morning. Atomicity might be correct in terms of october timing. GGM,HR was sent on compulsory leave becos he hasn't gone 4 d past 2years. 2nd batch is on hold 4 now. Probably when he returns- who knows? Buh d 2nd batch is a settled fact. As 4 d number, I can't tell. 1luv

Is it just that the GGM HR is on leave bcos he hasn't gotten one in 2yrs?

U seem to mix up ur speculation with ur real info. As per atomicity,u may hv to go thru his posts again to understand him beta.
