the same way the daily trust publication was not based on verifyable fact. After all they were not allowed access to the list by nnpc. The list will be published soon, so wait for it and stop all this unfounded propaganda about biased recruitment.

I frankly think that all this arguments being put up on this forum are simply uncalled for. Maybe we should save all those energies we've been dissipating on baseless issues and start thinking up ideas and harnessing them on how to see to the release of our letters. 1 love!

The argument is needed my sister. To spice things up. Otherwise the forum will be dull. I agree with the fellow that Daily Trust's figures might even conjectures. NNPC never gave them or handed the list.

In less than 1 week, in fact next monday. GTs will resume. If there are 0 from the north, Bebrief and many others will tell us. It will go along way in putting to rest all these arguments. During their intrduction or may be lunch or chat they will find out.

Why d arguments here and there? If u have ur letter, congrats. 4get how d process was done: merit or magomago. What wil b wil b. @Modsquad, which one u dey? Abeg stop d argument. forget about pasting the names on daily newspapers!..........i guess nafdac that did it was mainly for entry level position..........it would be very unwise for nnpc to publish the names at this stage..especially EH....they cud do that much much later..not now...some hvnt resigned/are still considering their options...........publishing the names will surely blow their 'cover'

If they didn't invite people from those northern states, you would still complain. So if a Bayelsan EH candidate has more credentials than his/her Kano counterpart, the Kano person should be given the job? Hypocrisy. If you want to see the Federal Character enforced, you should start with the ownership of oil blocks.

In my opinion, this NNPC recruitment is the fairest I have heard of in this country.

Chief, I think it's beta if they didn't invite people for the test/interview after stating dat they have little or no slot in the corporation instead of fooling people. U need 2 know what some went through writing the test and attending the interview. Bros, learn to respect people even if you ain't seeing them physically. I have no issues with people selected and I'm very happy for them. Does it mean we should keep getting things wrong despite being fraudulent in the past in terms of oil block allocation? Just as some said Ribadu's EFCC arrest was political and I kept asking them if those arrested/tried were guilty or not.

Infact, I hate discussing dis issue 4 d fear dat some might attached dis 2 my not being successful in the list released so far. Honestly, I have nothing against guyz selected but stop justifying the non inclusion of those states in the list. FYI, I'm from d Southwestern part of the country and I presently work and live in NigerDelta so know dat I ain't saying dis cos I'm a Northern. If U say that they(Northerners) have had their ways in the past and it's payback time, I'll understand what u r talking about. Though I don't really support the FCC thingy, but if it is the rule 2 b played by then there shouldn't b any form of deviation.

NNPC will be advertising in the near future?
When they are transforming to the likes of Shell/Chevron/Mobil/Total/AGIP?
I guess these federal character recruitment may have to subside.
