Apply here: http://www.nddc.cinfores.com But before you hit the link. Make sure you get your CV converted to .pdf format. Also get your scanned certificates converted from e.g. .jpeg, .jpg, etc as the case may be, to .pdf format. Finally, make sure that your scanned document or file is not larger than that stipulated else you have difficulty uploading your certificates.
Remember, application deadline is March 14th, 2012.
