Motion Graphic Designer

This position will consist of deployment in creation and execution of individual video productions, edits, web page designs, creative design concepts and animated graphic. The person in this position must be an imaginative and capable designer with strong communication skills.

The Motion Graphic Designer should have:


The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

• Create superior, original motion graphic designs and animation
• Generate multiple concept boards
• Manage time effectively in order to meet project milestones
• Provide final delivery elements on time in various formats
• Work independently with internal and manage complex projects
• Maintain organization and communication in a team setting

Preferred skills and experience

• Strong design style, including creative design solutions in line with existing brand concepts
• An up-to-date reel understanding of and experience in branding, layout, colour theory and typography in digital media
• Experience in Web design and online marketing
• Fluency in current motion graphic design products and practices, such as Adobe Creative Suite, compositors, digital editing and 3D.
• Ability to manage time and communication efforts to maximize efficiency
• Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively
• Capacity to multi-task
• Capacity to remain focused in a team-oriented environment, work independently and proactively as needed to identify problems and find solutions
• Ability to manage and archive project files and backups
• Keeps confidentiality of materials
