We are a leading manufacturer of light packaging materials, located in Sango Ota, Ogun State and have been in stable operation for over 30 years. Vacancy exists for focused and experienced individuals for the position of MECHANICAL ENGINEER.

QUALIFICATION

• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University/Higher Institution
• Postgraduate degree or professionalqualifications may be added advantage

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE

• Must be working in a similar position in a related industry or a manufacturing organisation for at least 10 years
• Must be computer literate using CorelDraw, Excel and Word
• Practical hands-on experience is very essential
• Ability to lead, motivate and train subordinates is a must
• Machine shop ability is important
• Good knowledge of utilities, i.e., Diesel Generator, Air Compressors, Chillers and cooling systems, dryers and drives
• Good knowledge of mechanical rollers, impression rollers, web-aligners, clutch and break system
• Preventive maintenance and documentation
• Effective communication (oral/written)
• Team player
