Job Description

Job Title: Manager (Technical)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Business Development.
Risk management, underwriting, claims management and credit control.
Design and placement of insurance program for clients with approved insurers.
Co-ordinate the re-marketing of clients' policies in the unit as necessary.
Negotiating rates & terms for new and existing policies.
Remittance to Insurer/Co-Insurers
Audit of policy documents/endorsements to ensure that the wordings of terms and conditions are
adequate and are prepared according to instructions.
To Assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package for the client.
Audit existing risk management procedures and prescribe solutions to deficiencies identified.
Conduct of Surveys and Preparation of Survey Reports.
Monitor debt portfolio of clients.
Reconciliation of Clients Account
Generation of unit monthly production report.

Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (minimum of 2nd class lower) in Social Sciences or Humanities
10 YEARS post graduation experience in Insurance.
Not older than 45yrs.
