Job Description
We are a fast growing Telecommunications Company actively involved in different telecommunication related services and infrastructure. Over the years our company has earned a reputation of providing quality services to meet the requirements of major players and build environments in Africa.
We are looking for a qualified person to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct all maintenance activities related to fleet operations.
Monitor truck repairs/maintenance and ensure effective breakdown management.
Coordinate, plan and supervise maintenance.
Documentation of all breakdown problems, providing solutions to minimize breakdowns.
Develop comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly report on maintenance management.
Develop and implement maintenance schedule.
Carry out expenditure analysis and develop measures to improve performance, efficiency and productivity.
Maximize returns on operational assets by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Provide directions to subordinates with the view to ensuring that all key maintenance deliverable are met on a consistent basis.

Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum of 3years experience in fleet maintenance management.
Knowledge of maintenance management.
Candidate must be analytical and possess organizational skills.
Ability to communicate with others and to understand information, in a manner that is consistent with the essential job function.
