An Oil & Gas Services Company with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt seeks very agile and technically sound persons for immediate employment to fill the following positions:

Lead Contracts Advisors, National and Expat
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business with minimum 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry, OR
• Higher National Diploma (HND) with related training and 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry
• Demonstrated conceptual and practical understanding of services contract tendering, bid evaluation and contract management
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications, Windows / NT Operating Systems, Adobe Professional Suite, and web based applications
• Proven ability to communicate and to apply interpersonal / organizational skills in order to obtain the cooperation of others as required

2: Lead Project Controls Engineers, National and Expat
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management Institute Certification
• 10 years of experience in project controls across all aspects of projects, including design, construction, procurement, construction and installation.
• 5 years experience related to oil facilities, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft Project , cost systems such as JDE or SAP, and Estimating programs and data base systems.
• Consideration given for specialized skills and proven achievement in the areas of: Project Controls management, Offshore, Civil Infrastructure, Mutiple Project Coordination and large project overall responsibility.

Qualifications, Experience and Competence Requirements
• Ideally a bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineer, plus at least 10 years experience in a major project environment (offshore experience is not required)
• Strong technical background with understanding of Engineering processes and drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively in fast-paced multi-cultural environment is essential
• Working knowledge of a broad range of cost estimating systems, tools and practices
• Ability to deal with multiple, often conflicting, goals and priorities.
• High degree of self motivation with a proven track record in achieving stretching personal and business goals.
