morning, after i went for their assessment on monday. Any info
on what to expect, pay package will be highly appreciated. As

I just received a call from KPMG for an interview for tomorrow
morning, after i went for their assessment on monday. Any info
on what to expect, pay package will be highly appreciated. As
soon as possible.
You will be required to talk more about your leadership skills. Expect situational questions that demonstrates this ability. e.g. when was a time you make a group of people change their opinion or how u solve certain challenges. But above be bold and straight forward. Have fun and ask questions that shows interest in the company. It's more like a discussion.
