A Property Development Company based in Lagos currently has employment vacancies for the following positions:

1.) Plumbers

Requirement

• Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 4 years experience in the building maintenance and construction industry.
• Proficiency in installation and repair of sanitary ware such as hidden cistern toilets, shower cabins and steam rooms, bathtubs and jaccuzis is essential.
• (Applicants who reside within Lekki - Ikoyi Mainland axis are preferred)

2.) AC Technicians

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must possess relevant university degree or HND with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
• All applicants must be proficient in the repair and installation of cooling systems such as air conditioners and refrigerators.
• A working knowledge of other household electrical appliances is also required.

3.) Receptionists

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3 - 5 years experience
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs.
• Candidates within the Lekki axis and mainland are welcome.

4.) Secretaries

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must have HND in secretarial study or any other related field.
• Must he computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft and excel at least 3 - 4 years experience.

5.) Sales Staffand Marketers

Requirement

• Professional qualification in marketing and at least 3 years on the field marketing experience in building materials and sanitary ware are a prerequisite for consideration.
• All candidates must be resident within the Lekki - Ajah axis.

6.) Accountants:

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must possess BA or HND in Accounting with 5 years practical experience in accounting.
• Candidates must possess practical knowledge of accounting software such as PEACHTREE, SAGE or QUICKBOOKS.
• Core duties are maintenance of bank, sales and purchase ledgers and credit control.

7.) Book Keepers

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must possess a HND in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years practical experience.

8.) Electrical Technicians

Qualification and Requirement

• Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3 - 5 years’ experience in this field.
• Also candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations, generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliances.
• All candidates must be resident within Lekki - Ikoyi - Mainland axis.

9.) IT Technicians

Requirement

• HND/OND Information Technology or Computer Engineering working experience in Biometric installations and Software is essential.

10.) Drivers

Requirement

• Candidates must be professional drivers and must have 3-5 years minimum experience in driving.
• All candidates must be resident within the Lekki - Ajah axis.

11.) Gardeners

Requirement

• Candidates must be professional gardener with at least 3-5 years minimum experience in horticulture and candidates must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.

12.) Cleaners

Requirement

• Candidates must have 3- 5 years minimum prior experience and candidates must he based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.

13.) Handyman/Installation Engineers

Requirement

• Candidates must possess an ND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years hands on practical experience / cognate installing sanitary ware and furniture.
• AC - air conditioner repair and installation.
• Plumbing and sanitary ware installations- inbuilt oven, fridges, washing machine/divers, gas hob and cooker hood, generator repair and installation.
