IPS/TOTAL latest and confirmation

pls people in this house..i need help on one issue bothering me.

I intend applying for the institute of petroleum studies masters programme still on this total spnsorship...but my confusion now is i am aware people are entering through PTDF and other private means...if i decide to submit my form with my bank draft,what evidence d i have that total will sponsor me since the exam to be organise will be conducted by the school and not TOTAL....so where do TOTAL come into play...am i suppose t get a letter from TOTAL or submit any form to TOTAL...pls those wh are in the school presently should help me out...or those with the answer to this confusion...

@xyoung, u just av 2 write d entrance exam if u are qualified, den u must pass d exam i.e. score above d pass mark & u must pass d interview. If dey follow last yr procedure, u'll c ur score immediately u finish d computer based test. D whole process is vry competitive especially d interview. Once u scale tru all dis processes, den u are fit 4 d total scholarship in ips. Though its a partial scholarship in which u'll pay acceptance fee (100k as last yr), accommodatn (150k as last yr) & it is compulsory 2 pay. Total'll b responsible 4 their part. I'm nt on d program bt i schooled in uniport. I attempted it last yr bt cldn't succeed. Try ur best bro.

Pls which bank can i get the bank draft from?

@okenwe/anyone, pls wot name do I write on the account for the draft? I intend to send my application by UPS latest thursday since deadline is 27th of May. so I need that information as soon as possible. Also, do u have an idea of how much the total school fees is?
