Heights Access Nigeria Limited is a dynamic firm that specializes in equipment solutions for effective construction and industrial engineering. We are currently seeking to engage self-motivated, hardworking and passion driven individuals for the following positions.
HUMAN RESOURCE & PROCESS QUALITY MANAGER – HANL/LOGS/1
· Bachelors Degree in business, human resources or liberal arts
· MSc in field relating to Organizational behaviour would be an added advantage
· 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Supervisory and administrative support role
· Experience of working in a target driven environment
· Sound working knowledge of management techniques including Key Performance Indicators, recruitment, selection, development of people
· Knowledge of Microsoft office software
· Experience in architecting and driving change
· Successfully led in a global and matrix environment
