Description : Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking for a Human Resource Generalist for an international Marine offshore Oil & Gas company.

The HR Generalist will assist the DHRM with all HR functions.
He will report to the deputy Human Resources Manager.
The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

• Assist with general recruitment
• Assist with training and career development
• Monitor Employee file management
• Assist with staff discipline management
• Assist with performance management

Qualifications : • A graduate with Social Science degree
• The ideal candidate should be male or female, between the ages of 25 – 35 years preferably
• Must be and indigene of Rivers State
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource generalist preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas
• Creative and Innovative
• Team oriented and outgoing
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
