HR Administrative Assistant in an Oil/Gas Company in Lagos

In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH-ENERGY Nigeria is looking for a Staff HR Administrative Assistant for its Nigerian branch in Lagos.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff management:
- Writing contract and letter of appointment
- Welcoming the new hires
- Handling and follow up medical check up
- Following up and updating employees documents
- Preparing, typing, validating, payroll variables
- Updating reporting and staff database
- Registering employees to the different organization for insurance pension and unemployment
- Handling employees social coverage
- Handling documents in liaise with employees services (timesheet and expenses claims)
- Handling illness, hospitalization and repatriation��

Staff coordination:
- Handling rotation schedule of the staff
- Handling employees' moving in connection with travel agency
- Handling staff mobilization (getting visa and relationship with local partners)
- Organizing sea survival trainings
- Monitoring membership for local clinics

REQUIREMENTS:

� High education (Bachelor's degree is mandatory as a minimum)
� Previous experience in staff management with not less than 2-3 years experience in staff management is mandatory.
� Fully fluent level of English is required; knowledge of French language is a plus.
� Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, confidentiality and reactivity.
