Head of Engineering Profile
* Collaborating with senior business managers on technology,
process, and solutions to support strategic initiatives.
* Working within a high performance and fast growing organisation
* Leading & managing RF, Transmission, BSS and Special Projects
(I BC, Repeaters), Consultancy departments
Experience in two or three of the above departments
* Leadership and responsibility for highly complex project teams
of up to 60 or more engineers knowledge workers that are onsite and offsite.
* Budgeting & Accounting responsibility

What you need to be successful at this role:
* 5+ years of senior leadership & management experience.
* Strong track record of development experience as a manager
* Experience developing highly s
* Project management Background (PMP)
* History of success in managing and delivering highly complex
projects on tight schedules.
* A collaborative team leadership style that inspires and
motivates people.
* Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills.
* BSc/MSc and MBA will be an advantage
