all info needed is on google's site, Google Apps Certification Program u will have to watch some videos and read enough tutorials (all of which are on the site); even sample test questions are there too ...I dont think the dumps are out for now...
Although i might be wrong
The prequalification test is just a test of your basic computer skills, with some logic too.
