Is it a Company or an Association(Profession)?

It is not an association but a family subsea to surface oil and gas business.They are ACERGY in Nigeria. All Acergy's project in Nigeria are successful through them but they claim to be independent of them. A friend of mine working as a pipeline engineer with them told me that his package is around N5M p.a with his MSc and has rose to N8+M p.a this year from 2009. A graduate with BEng should expect N4M+ depending on his class of degree.
