Our client requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing all specifications, tender documents and bills of quantities
Provide development consultancy advice to clients
Valuation of commercial, residential and development properties
Manage and lead the valuation department in terms of marketing and growth of the business
Compile financial reports and documents and agree final account
Measurement, valuation and payments
Maximize value recovery, implement cost control and cash management
Process and resolve contractual claims

Qualifications and Requirements:
35years and above
1-3 years experience in related field
First degree in civil engineer, Estate Management, Geography
