Our client requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:
Heading the whole construction and engineering team ensuring timely execution within budget
Liaising with architect for getting the design developed as per specification
Liaising with authorities for getting necessary approvals from concern authorities
Monitor supervisors of all project site
Responsible for management of existing portfolio and identification of new ventures
Responsible for the growth of the company across construction projects and contract
Internal coordination for proper execution of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
35 years and above
First degree in civil engineer, Estate Management, Geography
1-3 years experience in related field
