Oga Osemudiame, I'm aware that DPR has granted licenses for the establishment of Refineries all over Nigeria- BUT, it would be very terrible for you, if you have intentions of manipulating any naive individual or group of persons into committing their Licenses, land, Geological Survey Record and Technical Expertise only for you to use it for fraudulent purposes.
However, if you are sure of your sincerity, knowing that you'll reap evil fruits if you sow evil seeds then, bravo for the initiative.
