Yes, I have to tell my fellow Civil Engineers to be careful and keep records of where you have submitted your CV. A Civil Engineering Friend was interviewed on phone and subsequently invited for a site interview in ABUJA, his Auntie drove him to the site where they saw a couple of people pretending to be working there. She dropped him and the arrangement was that the guy should call her as soon as the interview is over to enable her come and pick him.

Caution is necessary in a country full of fakes and scammers, but people should not in the name of caution fail to take measurable risk, I mean what do you stand to loose in forwarding your CV?
