1. SENIOR CARPENTER FOREMEN REF: SM-001
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
o Candidates must possess minimum of WASC/GCE/OND
o Must possess supervisory experience in facility operation
o Must possess minimum of 10 years experience in carpentry
1. CARPENTERS REF: SM-002
o Candidates must possess minimum of WASC/GCE/OND
o Must possess minimum of 10 years experience in construction
1. STEEL BENDERS FOREMEN REF: SM-003
o Candidates must possess minimum of WASC/GCE/OND
o Must possess minimum of 15 years experience in building construction
1. STEEL BENDERS REF: SM-004
o Candidates must possess minimum of WASC/GCE/OND
o Must possess minimum of 10 years experience in building construction
1. LAND SURVEYOR REF: SM-005
o candidates must have HND/B.Sc in Land or Building Surveying from a reputable institution
o must be computer literate
o must have not less than 5 years experience
1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR REF: SM-006
o candidates must have HND/B.Sc from a reputable university
o must be computer literate
o must have not less than 6 years working experience
