Responsibilities:
Oversees human resources, property sales, maintenance and other areas that regarding the management of an estate/estates.
Day to day effective running of an Estate around Ikoyi and effective liaison with Association Executive.

Qualifications/Experience:
BSC/HND in estate management with at least second class lower.
5-7 years experience in a related.
Interpersonal relations must be very good.
Must also be computer literate.
Excellent communication skills, result oriented driver, first rate administrator, HR manager.
Accounting.
