1. Junior Mechanical Engineer
Qualification / Experience / Competencies required
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with 1-3 years of related working experience.
• Basic Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
•Basic engineering knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical. Basic computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel. Basic CAD knowledge is required
• Basic experience in the Offshore/Onshore orientated Oil and Gas environment.
• Proficient in PC Skills (including CAD, Microstation CAD systems if applicable) to at least 65-70% proficiency level
• Know basic AutoCAD drafting techniques and be able to produce drawings of low and medium complexities.
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Accuracy, Precision of work product and Attention to detail
• Work requires an understanding of company policies and procedures
• Work follows applicable codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards
• Works to a given schedule
• Know and understand the different applicable design codes and Standards, such as ASME and API and their Applications
• Assist superior in preparing simple mechanical data sheets from given equipment data.

Performs a variety of engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analysis within one discipline. The Engineer at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures. Assignment may be to a structured rotational program, which would include experience in Project Controls, Procurement, and construction management, as well as through several disciplines in Engineering. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.

2. Lead Piping Designer/CAD Supervisor
Qualification / Experience / Competencies required
• Possess a Minimum of Higher National degree in Engineering (or related field) with 11-12 years of related work experience in the Oil & Gas industry, three (3) of which should be on a supervisory role. Professional Engineer registration is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
• Experience in all aspects of offshore and onshore projects from front end design through to detailed design, commissioning and handover.
• Possesses proficient Knowledge of AutoCAD, PDS, PDMS and some other 2D and 3D design softwares..
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Proficiency in utilizing PC and various computer engineering applications software is required..
• Draw and Interpret sketch.
• Interpret technical drawing..
• Prepare basic engineering drawing..
• Basic engineering detail drafting.
• Advanced mechanical and engineering detail drafting and checking.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings using computer aided design system.
• A minimum of 5 years offshore experience

Lead all design / drafting activities relating to own discipline on assigned assets.
Liaise with Design Services Coordinator on design / drafting issues.
Assist Lead Engineer in selection of personnel to staff project design team, and allocate work accordingly
Proficiency in 3D software for preparation of 3D Models, auto-generation of MTOs, detection and modification of clashes between piping, equipment and structural members, extraction of 2D drawings from 3D Models and general presentation of projects.
Lead team of designers in Preparation of equipment layout / plot plans, Piping General Arrangement drawings, Sections, Details and Isometrics for various Oil and Gas facilities
Check drawings produced by junior Designers, Identify and develop in-departmental training exercises for junior designer enrichment
Work closely with Engineer and Senior Designer to resolve any existing or forecasted problems related to quality of work, production requirement or productivity
Preparation of detail designs in conjunction with engineers, production of workpacks, drawings and documentation updates.

3. Senior Electrical Designer
Qualification / Experience / Competencies required
• Possess a Minimum of Higher National degree in Engineering (or related field) and 8-10 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
• Experience in all aspects of offshore projects from front end design through to detailed design, commissioning and handover.
•Preparation of Check-list and Mark-ups on existing drawings for site visit, perform site visit, update drawings based on site findings and prepare input to Site Visit report
•Trained in 3D software to be proficient in preparation of 3D Models, auto-generation of MTOs, detection and modification of clashes between piping, equipment and electrical m members, extraction of 2D drawings from 3D Models and general presentation of projects
•Carry out consistency checks on Electrical Documents
• Understand inter-discipline interfaces
•Assist in gathering information for Electrical Deliverables
• Conversant with codes applicable to Electrical drafting and design CAD
•Preparation of General Arrangement drawings, Sections, Elevations, and Details of Flow stations, Jackets, Platforms and decks with specific skills in Cable tray Arrangement, Connections and Details

Completes a wide variety of difficult Design assignments, applying engineering techniques and analysis within one discipline. The Designer at this level is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of most engineering theories and practices. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.

4. Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualification, Experience & Competencies required but not limited to
•Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering or related field. With 6-8 years experience in the Oil and gas onshore gas handling facilities.
• Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
• Prepare Data sheets
• Prepare Specifications
• Carry out site visit.
• Prepare basic Single Line Diagrams
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Prepare Wiring Diagrams
• Prepare Installation Details Works under general supervision Lead Engineers
• Makes informed decisions when appropriate
• Work requires an understanding of company policies and procedures

5. Senior Mechanical/Piping Engineer
Qualification / Experience / Competencies Required
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with 8-10 years of related working experience.
•Be able to carry out some complex calculations with ability to use at least two (2) design/calculation softwares (MatCAD etc)
•Proficiency in utilizing PC and various computer engineering applications software s (including CAD, Microstation CAD systems if applicable)
•Proficiency in the use of latest pipe stress analysis software like Caesar II
• Be able to select good piping route and develop piping and support layouts for a typical modification or greenfield works
• Sound knowledge of Piping drawing and office produced deliverables
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
•Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.
•Typical products may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses
•Conversant with the use of design Codes and Standards API, ASME, ANSI and NFPA Codes and Standards.
•Assist superior to develop design specifications for mechanical equipment, (such as Pumps, Compressors, Vessels, Filter Separators, Mixers, Skid mounted equipment, etc, ) by using client's Standard/Master Specifications, Industry Codes and Best Practices

6. Senior Piping Designer
Qualification / Experience / Competencies required
• Possess a Minimum of Higher National degree in Engineering (or related field) and 8-10 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
• Experience in all aspects of offshore projects from front end design through to detailed design, commissioning and handover.
• Possesses Basic understanding of AutoCAD, PDS, AUTOPLANT and some other design softwares.
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Proficiency in utilizing PC and various computer engineering applications software is required.
Preparation of Check-list and Mark-ups on existing drawings for site visit, perform site visit, update drawings based on site findings and prepare input to Site Visit reports
Trained in 3D software to be proficient in preparation of 3D Models, auto-generation of MTOs, detection and modification of clashes between piping, equipment and structural members, extraction of 2D drawings from 3D Models and general presentation of projects
Interact with other discipline designers to ensure consistency and constructability of designs
Preparation of General Arrangement drawings, Sections, Elevations, and Details of Flow stations, Jackets, Platforms and decks with specific skills in Steel works and Concrete Arrangement, Connections and Details

The Designer at this level is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of most engineering theories and practices. 7. Senior Process CAD Designer
Qualification / Experience / Competencies Required
• Possess a Minimum of Higher National degree in Engineering (or related field) and 6-8 years of related work experience.
• Experience in all aspects of offshore projects from front end design through to detailed design, commissioning and handover.
• Possess in depth understanding of AutoCAD, Microstation and other relevant design softwares.
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
•Production and checking of design drawings; PFS, PEFS and other relevant drawings
•Preparation of check-list and mark-ups on existing drawings for site visit, perform site visit, update drawings based on site findings and prepare input to Site Visit reports
•Preparation and monitoring of issued drawings through Log tables so as to keep track of dates and status of revisions issued
•Work closely with Engineer and Senior Engineer to resolve any existing or forecasted problems related to quality of work, production requirement or productivity
• Excellent skills with MS Excel and MS Word.
•Knowledge of intelligent softwares like Smartplant and Autoplant is an added advantage
• Work require liaising with other disciplines to develop design

Qualification / Experience / Competencies required
• Bachelors degree in Chemical engineering or related field with 8-10 years of related working experience in the Oil and gas onshore gas handling facilities.
•Be able to carry out some complex calculations with ability to use at least two (2) design/calculation softwares. (HYSYS, ETC)
•Proficiency in utilizing PC and various computer engineering applications softwares (including CAD, Microstation CAD systems if applicable)
• Proficient experience in the Offshore/Onshore orientated Oil and Gas environment.
• Assist in carrying out Utility Load Calculation
• Assist a superior in generating scenarios for PSV sizing
• Assist in carrying out Utility Design.
• Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys and designs.
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Accuracy, Precision of work product and Attention to detail.
Performs conventional and moderately-complex engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analysis within a discipline. The Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices, and Company procedures. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
