Electro- Mechanical engineers for TA proposal with ECOWAS- Needed!!!

Hello, and Happy new year.

We are looking for two highly experienced Electro- Mechanical engineers for a Technical Assistance proposal with ECOWAS:

One (1) Electro-mechanical Engineer for joint border post assignment
One (1) Electro-mechanical Engineer for assignment regarding harmonisation of standard, norms, vehicle size, axle load.

Work Scope includes assignments on:
i) Joint border post review and design of buildings, structures, civil works, mechanical/electrical works, lighting, water supply, estimating etc;

ii) Rationalisation and harmonisation of standards, norms, vehicle size, and axle load limits for a Tanportation project.

Both assignments are distinct considering the character, scope and nature of each assignment. Candidate should have:
- atleast 5 years experience in the field of Transportation Engineering;
-A Team Player: and
- With good qualifications and Certifications
